Job summary

Human Interest Inc. is seeking a Sr. Trainer for CSO Enablement in Lindon, UT. This hybrid role will create scalable learning experiences empowering our Customer Success org while partnering with Revenue leaders and Enablement team members.

You will own sessions end-to-end, deliver instructor-led and evolving e-learning content, and drive continuous improvements aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in teaching, training, or a closely related field.
• SaaS-savvy with understanding of SaaS business motions and customer lifecycle.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong customer management skills for large/complex accounts.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding team objectives and delivering impact.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partnership experience.
• Analytical and highly organized with data-driven decision making.
• Agile and adaptable in startup/SaaS environments.
• Experience with Salesforce, Docebo, and LMS tools is a plus.
