EverDriven in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking an Operations Enablement Partner to lead change adoption and training across Contact Center, Field Operations, and Inside Operations. You will design end-to-end enablement plans, define who is affected, what changes, and how learning is delivered, with AI-first content.

The role requires 3+ years in enablement or training, a train-the-trainer mindset, LMS experience, and comfort with CRM and service tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enablement, training, or change execution supporting operations, contact center, or field teams.
• Train-the-trainer experience: you've built or run a train-the-trainer model for a distributed team (field, offshore, or vendor-delivered).
• AI-first mindset: you use AI tools to draft content and design learning, and you can show examples.

Responsibilities

• Own job-readiness onboarding for the operations function: design and deliver the new-hire training for Contact Center, Field Operations, and Inside Operations.
• Own Field Operations onboarding via a train-the-trainer model and oversight of onboarding training in the field.
• Train and support offshore trainers and monitor the quality of external training partners.
