Job summary

MarketStar seeks a Client Delivery Trainer to lead end-to-end enablement for client teams in a hybrid SLC, UT setting. You will design, deliver, and manage world-class training programs that align with client priorities and business growth.

The role requires expertise in sales processes, facilitation, and building scalable enablement assets, with a focus on measurable impact and learner success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in training facilitation and delivery.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners.

Responsibilities

• Drive learner readiness during onboarding and coaching performance.
• Execute the certification strategy from readiness through completion.
• Build partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Lead the mentorship experience post-training with coaching, shadowing, and feedback loops.
• Design, build, and evolve learning materials including facilitator guides and resources.
