Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a Senior Cryogenic Responsible Engineer to lead design, development, and lifecycle ownership of cryogenic propellant management for lunar missions. You will oversee cradle-to-grave hardware, from definition to vehicle integration, partnering with suppliers to solve high‑stakes propulsion challenges.

You’ll guide technical trades, manage procurements, and drive reliability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality in spaceflight

Qualifications

• BS in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical subject area.
• Experience with cryogenic fluids and mechanical systems/components.
• Experience with flight-proven aerospace systems and cryogenic fluid management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and control the liquid subsystem technical baseline.
• Lead and perform technical trades on cryogenic systems for vehicle needs.
• Cradle-to-grave ownership of cryogenic system and hardware release.
