Collectors is seeking a Staff Project Manager to lead some of our most complex, high-visibility initiatives at the Santa Ana, CA headquarters. You will run enterprise cross-functional projects, including site expansions and technology rollouts, from kickoff through launch.

In this staff individual contributor role, you will work closely with executive leaders and manage confidential business information with discretion.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PMP is a plus.
• 7+ years of project management experience delivering large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading technology or systems implementations and site expansions.
• Ability to communicate with and influence senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large, complex projects from initiation to close within scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Build integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Drive decisions, escalate blockers, and maintain executive-ready updates.
