Qualifications

• Experience developing proposals, plans, and budgets for large-scale projects.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Participation in business development and pitch meetings.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with client goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand project scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large, medium, and small-scale projects simultaneously.
• Develop expertise in complex systems and client ecosystems.
• Implement project management techniques to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Oversee resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Manage project financials, including profitability and forecasting.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings and effectively communicate project details.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and manage expectations.
• Contribute to development of company-wide PM standards.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior and mid-level PMs.
