Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Staff Project Manager to drive enterprise, cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to launch at our Santa Ana, CA HQ. You will oversee site expansions, new business ventures, and technology rollouts with a focus on AI-enabled grading and automation.

You will work closely with executive leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, and ensure discretion with confidential information. This is an onsite role reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise, cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/masters are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects from initiation to close, delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Drive decisions and escalate blockers early with clear options.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, Facilities, HR, Legal, and Tech.
• Lead technology and automation deployments, including AI-enabled projects.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and reports for steering committees.
