Job summary

Collectors is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs across engineering, product, design, and operations. You will shape and prioritize plans, manage dependencies, and lead strategic initiatives to scale PSA Ops and support rapid growth.

Hybrid or onsite, with flexibility for remote work within the US. You will work from Santa Ana or Jersey City offices, or remotely depending on the role, aligning priorities and delivering measurable outcomes for collectors

Qualifications

8+ years of product management and/or technical program management in an agile environment.
Experience coordinating dependencies across teams and leading releases.
Knowledge of AI tools like Claude Cowork or Glean to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering, Design, Product, and Operations to shape product plans.
Prioritize high-impact initiatives aligned with business goals.
Communicate milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
Develop training programs to improve organizational practices.
Design processes enabling autonomy while maintaining standardization.
Break down complex problems and drive execution.
Focus on automation and process improvement to create efficiencies.
Support roadmap prioritization and success management across stakeholders.
Scale developer operations across the globe and advocate for customers.
Understand customer needs and represent them.
