Job summary

Collectors, the leading creator of innovative technology for collectors, seeks a Staff Project Manager at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters to lead enterprise cross-functional initiatives, including site expansions and AI-enabled grading deployments.

You will work with executive leaders, define readiness criteria, and deliver on scope, schedule, and budget while safeguarding confidential information and aligning with our growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of project management experience delivering large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading technology or systems implementations and site expansions.
• Ability to communicate with and influence senior executives; experience presenting executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects from initiation to close, meeting scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Drive decisions and escalate blockers with recommended paths forward.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, Facilities, HR, Legal, and Technology.
• Lead technology and automation deployments, including AI-enabled initiatives, with Product and Engineering.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and dashboards for status, risks, and decisions.
