Collectors Universe, Inc. seeks a Staff Project Manager to lead high‑visibility initiatives across the organization from kickoff through launch. You’ll work with executive leaders, including C‑suite stakeholders, on enterprise, technology, and automation projects at the Santa Ana, CA headquarters.

Collaboration with operations, technology, and leadership teams is essential. You will manage site expansions, new business initiatives, and confidential programs while maintaining rigorous governance,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or MSc/MA a plus.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading large cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience driving technology or systems implementations and site/operational expansions.

Aufgaben

• Lead large, complex projects from initiation to close with scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans with milestones and dependencies across workstreams.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, Facilities, HR, Legal and Technology.
• Drive technology deployments, including AI-enabled projects, from pilot to scaled operation.
• Prepare executive‑level updates, dashboards and presentations on status, risks, and financial impact.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain access controls across documentation.
