Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs that span Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, our Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market. You will turn ambiguous problems into documented, measurable processes with named owners, coordinating with teams that don’t report to you to drive execution.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Client-facing, multi-stakeholder delivery or chief-of-staff experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Execution: Run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive Outcomes Across Teams: Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and GTM.
• Deliver the Analysis: Produce analysis using Lob's data and reporting stack and available AI tooling.
• Hand Off What You Build: Document programs and transition to a permanent owner with measurable metrics.
• Cover the Gaps: Provide backup for FP&A and analytics; support company-wide cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Program Management Chops: Scope ambiguous work, sequence dependencies, and hold owners to dates across orgs.
