LHH is seeking a hands-on CRM leader to oversee customer communications and lifecycle marketing across multiple consumer brands. You will manage CRM planning, audience strategy, and high-volume campaigns, while leading a team to build, test, and deploy campaigns.

You will collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Technical teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule, with data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or related discipline.
• 1+ years leading team members or campaign production workflows.

Responsabilités

• Oversee CRM planning and execution across multiple brands.
• Develop campaign schedules, messaging cadences, and audience plans.
• Create/refine audiences using segmentation, targeting, suppression, and frequency rules.
• Manage automated and triggered journeys and optimize performance.
• Coordinate requirements with creative, marketing, and cross-functional partners.
• Lead QA across links, dynamic content, personalization, and rendering.
• Translate CRM performance into actionable recommendations.
