Avis Budget Group is seeking a CRM Manager to lead and optimize customer lifecycle communications across Avis, Budget, and Zipcar. You will own campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, shaping journeys like cart abandonment, onboarding, and retention.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and data-driven optimization will drive engagement,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or customer engagement.
• Hands-on with CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Experience building and optimizing lifecycle and triggered journeys.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Experience with audience segmentation and promo code management.
• Analytical mindset using campaign data to identify insights.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Prior mentoring/supporting junior team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CRM leadership to execute lifecycle and promotional strategies across Avis, Budget, and Zipcar.
• Manage lifecycle, promotional, transactional, and triggered communications across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Identify opportunities to personalize and time communications for better engagement.
• Manage customer journeys: cart abandonment, browse abandonment, onboarding, retention.
• Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance to identify trends and tests.
• Collaborate with marketing, loyalty, analytics, product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Improve CRM workflows, processes, and execution standards for scalability.
