EverAI Limited seeks a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM into a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

You will report to Thomas Lacroix, Co-founder and CMO, and collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to build scalable journeys and a data-driven CRM playbook for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM with revenue improvements.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription CRM.
• Ability to create segments, journeys, experiments, and analyses.
• Clear English communication across teams.
• Comfort with AI-powered product contexts.

Responsabilités

• Own growth opportunities: lead strategy across the full CRM lifecycle from onboarding to reactivation.
• Find growth in user behavior: use data to uncover where users lose interest or miss purchases.
• Crack first-purchase: design onboarding, abandoned-payment, and follow-up journeys to convert registrations to paying customers.
• Keep users coming back: increase purchases, retention, and LTV via segmentation and timing.
• Test ideas quickly: run experiments, measure impact, and scale winners.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling, tracking, and reporting.
