Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for the CRM & Industry Workflows team in the United States. You will guide revenue for a product with support from Sales, Product Management, and the executive team, acting as a hands-on technical consultant during sales cycles.

You will lead discovery workshops, demonstrate solutions, and develop client partnerships while providing product feedback to enhance value and differentiation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
• Experience working with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and demonstrate solutions.
• Develop client partner relationships and guide strategic programs in top accounts.
• Provide feedback to product management about enhancements and value.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the team.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events such as executive briefings and trade shows.
