Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to consult with customers on implementing Technology Workflow solutions, aligning architectural guidance with business outcomes. The role focuses on solving high-value challenges during sales cycles and direct engagements with customers and partners, advocating customer needs within ServiceNow.

The candidate will bring deep product expertise, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consultation and/or configuration implementing complex technologies, incl. integrations and portals.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow Technology Workflow solution suite.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and guiding stakeholders on business processes and technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities with sales and partner teams.
• Lead engagement teams to deliver customer outcomes and align workflows with customer technology landscapes.
• Engage senior stakeholders (CXO level) on roadmaps and change management practices.
• Design solutions using Technology Workflows for common use cases and publish learnings for broader consumption.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to promote workflow capabilities and roadmaps.
• Lead learning events and webinars for field delivery stakeholders.
• Mentor other team members and partners in ServiceNow delivery.
• Travel up to 50% annually as required by customer needs.
