ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to join our ANZ CRM & Industry Workflows team. This hands-on, multi‑industry role focuses on energy, utilities, retail, and technology sectors across Australia, partnering with sales to shape strategies, build demonstrations, and drive AI-enabled transformations.

You will collaborate with product management and partners, mentoring teams and delivering scalable, customer‑focused solutions while traveling as needed across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and workflows.
• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or related advisory roles.
• Strong technical literacy to reason about front-end, back-end APIs and data.
• Hands-on depth with ServiceNow (CSM/FSM/Industry Workflows) or equivalent tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and shape solutions by turning business challenges into transformation strategies.
• Design and deliver demonstrations combining workflows with AI agents and integrations.
• Develop industry expertise and build reference architectures and go-to-market plays.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape account strategies and trusted advisory relationships.
• Build ecosystem relationships with Product Management, partners, and consulting firms.
• Share best practices and create reusable assets to lift the pre-sales team.
