Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Technology Workflows Solution Consulting expert to drive pre-sales engagements with senior technology leaders. You will articulate architectural solutions across the Now platform, lead workshops, and collaborate with customers, partners, and the sales team to demonstrate how technology workflows enable digital transformation.

You will influence IT Transformation, Risk, Security, and AI/ML initiatives, delivering executive-level presentations and establishing credibility

Qualifications

8+ years of success influencing senior technology leaders in pre-sales roles.
Deep experience across multiple technical domains including IT transformation, security, data, and AI/ML.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and present to CIO/CTO level.
Willingness to lead workshops and deliver executive briefings.

Responsibilities

Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and translate them into solutions leveraging ServiceNow technologies.
Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets customer needs, including IT Transformation and Enterprise Service Management.
Understand business strategy and articulate value, mapping to the Now platform across environments.
Lead and participate in workshops, solution overviews, and educational sessions with customers and partners.
