Job summary

EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM across onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation. You will own journeys from first purchase through repeat purchasing, using email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions to drive growth.

Report to the Co-founder/CMO with freedom to test bold ideas and shape the CRM playbook at scale. You will collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to optimize tracking, messaging, and offers, delivering

Qualifications

• Experience scaling CRM in high-volume B2C subscription businesses with measurable revenue impact.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end CRM journeys across onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Proven proficiency in segmentation, personalization, and timing to drive engagement and revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in testing, attribution, and incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to retention and reactivation.
• Uncover drop-off points using behavioral data and build journeys to recapture users.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-ups to convert registrants to paying customers.
• Increase token purchases and repeat purchases through targeted campaigns and timing.
• Run rapid experiments, measure results, scale winners, and iterate.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling and reporting.
