• End-to-end design, administration, customization, and AI-powered development across Veeva Vault CRM ecosystem.
• Focus on UIX, platform administration, and custom development using Java SDK and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI-powered Engineering & Development across CRM & EM capabilities.
• Champion an AI-first engineering mindset with LLM-augmented workflows.
• Drive platform simplification and intelligent automation programs.
• Lead AI experiments and enterprise pilots within CRM workflows.
• Establish AI governance and responsible AI frameworks within CRM engineering.
• Lead UIX strategy for Veeva CRM field-facing interfaces and architecture.
• Lead CRM environment strategy (sandbox, UAT, staging, production).
• Lead custom development initiatives and integration solutions.
• Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps best practices.
