Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years IT experience in CRM software development and enterprise delivery with senior tech leadership.
• 5+ years hands-on Veeva CRM experience — admin, UIX/MyInsights/X-Pages, custom development.
• 3+ years hands-on development using Java/Java SDK/JavaScript within CRM or enterprise environments.
• 1+ year AI/ML or Generative AI in enterprise CRM/field environments.
• 4+ years SDLC experience in regulated life sciences and cloud-native apps.
• Experience designing CRM integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event-driven architectures.
• Proven track record leading globally distributed teams and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-powered engineering strategy across CRM & EM capabilities with measurable business value.
• Lead UIX strategy for Veeva UIX interfaces and embedded dashboards.
• Oversee end-to-end CRM platform administration (security, profiles, roles, data loading, integrations).
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices with automated deployments and governance.
• Lead development using Java SDK and scripting languages; create reusable code libraries.
• Partner with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
• Mentor a globally distributed engineering team and manage vendor relationships.
