Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Analyst, CRM Operations to support global Veeva CRM delivery and AI-enabled enhancements. You’ll liaise with business and IT to translate needs into AI-driven CRM changes, ensure governance, and optimize MSP and DevOps alignment.

You’ll drive agile ceremonies, assist with backlog management, and help validate AI-enabled platform functionality across markets in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Veeva CRM, in a regulated environment.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
Interest in AI technologies and their application in CRM/MDM processes.

Responsibilities

Support global commercial Field (Veeva CRM) platform delivery.
Integrate AI-driven solutions into CRM processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and backlog refinement with AI-driven insights.
Collaborate with MSPs and ensure DevOps standards in CRM operations.
Assist with UAT, validation, and documentation for AI-enhanced systems.
