Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals in the United States is seeking an innovative high‑performing professional to support global commercial Field (Veeva CRM) platform delivery. This role will integrate AI‑driven solutions into CRM processes, enabling scalability, operational efficiency and enhanced demand management.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with business, IT and vendors, maintain DevOps standards and MSP partnerships, and champion AI readiness across markets in a regulated, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Veeva CRM, in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
• Interest in AI technologies and their application in CRM/MDM processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Veeva CRM enhancements and AI-driven projects.
• Define AI solutions within SDLC and ITSM processes to improve scalability.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements with AI capabilities.
• Backlog management and prioritization aligned with AI readiness goals.
• Conduct impact assessments for changes across markets with AI integration.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and validation of AI-enhanced functionality.
• Contribute to platform SOPs and DevOps best practices.
