Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience in software development or delivery.
• 2+ years hands-on CRM experience (Veeva/Salesforce or equivalent).
• 1.5+ years applied AI/ML exposure in enterprise contexts.
• Databricks Lakehouse experience including Databricks ETL.
• 3+ years in SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) in regulated environments.
• Active Technical Certification (CRM, AWS, AI/Databricks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-enabled features within Veeva CRM/Vault CRM ecosystem.
• Support AI/ML workflows and data integrations with CRM data pipelines.
• Prototype and evaluate Generative AI capabilities in CRM environments.
• Build AI-powered outputs and dashboards for field reps and managers.
• Participate in agentic AI experiments and CRM automation pilots.
• Consume ML outputs within CRM UI and reporting tools.
• Follow AI governance and data privacy standards.
• Research emerging AI/ML tools and frameworks for CRM use.
• Hands-on CRM integrations and end-to-end SDLC delivery.
• Contribute to reusable code components and CI/CD processes.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to management.
