Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks a Senior CRM Developer to own end-to-end CRM journeys on Adobe Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform. You will build real-time, behaviorally driven campaigns, integrate data flows via REST APIs, and deliver personalized experiences across email, SMS, and push channels.

You will partner with marketing and engineering to design scalable journeys, extend data models, and maintain code in GitHub with CI/CD in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building personalized, real‑time customer journeys on enterprise marketing platforms.
• Experience building behavior-driven programs (abandoned cart, retargeting, replenishment).
• Experience with custom data models, event ingestion, profile data management, and API connectivity beyond standard connectors.
• Strong HTML/CSS for responsive email development and templating languages (Handlebars, AMPscript, Liquid, or Jinja).
• Troubleshoot complex journey and data issues independently with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketers, analysts, and technical leads to align on solution design.
• Document journey logic, templates, and data configurations for team reuse.
• Manage work in Jira and GitHub, enforcing CI/CD and agile practices.
