Job summary

Level Agency is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to own end-to-end email campaigns and customer journeys in Adobe Experience Cloud for clients. This role requires hands-on production, a marketer’s view of the customer lifecycle, and the ability to diagnose and fix issues with minimal oversight.

You will build, QA, and deploy campaigns in Adobe Campaign (Classic/Standard) and Journey Optimizer, manage audience targeting, ensure CAN-SPAM/TCPA/CASL compliance, and partner with teams to improve

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer / Adobe Experience Platform
• Proven end-to-end CRM ownership with minimal oversight
• Ability to diagnose and repair existing configurations
• Strong lifecycle marketing understanding
• Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
• HTML/CSS knowledge for email template troubleshooting and customization
• Working knowledge of email/SMS compliance regulations

Responsibilities

• Own the build, QA, and deployment of email campaigns in Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer end to end
• Translate briefs and journey maps into working builds and raise questions when briefs are incomplete
• Configure audience targeting, personalization, and dynamic content within existing templates
• Manage the send calendar, including scheduling and compliance checks
• Configure and maintain multi-step, multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push)
• Run journey QA on logic, timing, and audience entry/exit conditions
• Audit existing campaigns and data schemas and fix issues without disrupting live sends
• Recommend improvements to journey logic and program performance
• Communicate with internal teams and client stakeholders, explaining trade-offs
• Document builds and fixes for a clear handoff trail
