Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to own end-to-end CRM journeys on Adobe Journey Optimizer and our in-house platform, collaborating with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver personalized fan experiences.

You will design, implement, and troubleshoot real-time and batch journeys, integrate data via REST APIs, and drive testing and optimization using CI/CD in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building personalized, real-time customer journeys on an enterprise marketing platform.
• Proven experience building behavior-driven programs such as abandoned cart, browse retargeting, replenishment.
• Experience with custom data models, event ingestion, profile data management, and API connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketers, analysts, and technical leads to design right solution design before build.
• Document journey logic, templates, and data configurations for future extension.
• Manage code in GitHub with CI/CD and agile practices.
