Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to own end-to-end triggered journeys and data integrations on Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform within a fast-paced CRM team. Hybrid in Redwood City, CA, you’ll collaborate with marketers, analysts, and engineers to deliver personalized fan experiences.

You’ll design behavior-driven journeys, troubleshoot issues, and extend data models while upholding CI/CD standards and agile practices to drive engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building personalized, real-time customer journeys on an enterprise marketing platform.
• Proven experience building behavior-driven programs such as abandoned carts and retargeting.
• Experience with custom data models and integrations beyond standard connectors.
• Strong HTML/CSS for responsive emails and templating languages like Handlebars, AMPscript, Liquid, or Jinja.
• Troubleshoot journey and data issues with ability to diagnose root causes.
• Clear communication with marketers and technical stakeholders; experience with GitHub and Jira in CI/CD contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of triggered journeys and content across channels.
• Design, test, and optimize real-time and batch fan journeys with data-driven insights.
• Extend XDM schemas, manage event and profile ingestion, and build audiences from commerce and engagement data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure scalable, reliable CRM solutions.
