IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to create and manage strategic customer journeys that align with multiple business units. You will lead CRM database management, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and steer lead generation initiatives.

The role focuses on nurture flows and personalization across email, SMS, and web, using the Adobe stack to drive engagement and measurable results. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in CRM are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in CRM management, customer journey mapping, and lead generation.
• Data privacy laws and regulations knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe marketing automation tools; Marketo certification preferred.
