Cheil North America is seeking a Senior Technical Campaign Manager to lead CRM campaign delivery for Samsung Electronics America in Plano, Texas. You will translate LOB requirements into briefs for the development team, diagnose delivery issues, and advise on maximizing CRM tech usage.

This senior role includes coaching the Technical Campaign Manager, coordinating with client teams, and driving account leadership. The position follows a hybrid work model in Plano.

Formación

• 7–8+ years in CRM or email marketing operations, agency or in-house at a consumer brand.
• Experience with CRM tech: segmentation, email HTML, QA tools such as Litmus, and automation platforms like Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience managing third‑party or offshore development and QA teams to SLAs.
• Experience writing RCA reports and explaining technical issues to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or leading other team members with ambition to lead a team.
• Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner certification and deep email HTML knowledge are a strong plus.
• Experience with Samsung or another global technology brand is a strong plus.
• Must be able to work the hybrid schedule at the agency in Plano, TX.

Responsabilidades

• Act as on-site point of contact for SEA Corporate Marketing and CRM teams in Plano, TX.
• Lead client and internal meetings to manage campaign delivery, priorities and timelines.
• Represent the team in escalations with the Technical Campaign Lead.
• Diagnose delivery delays and provide clear fix requirements to the development team.
• Write RCA reports with root cause, impact and prevention steps.
• Coordinate development and QA teams to ship campaigns within SLA.
• Advise on dynamic personalization, AMP email, send-time optimization, segmentation and data structure.
• Propose service upgrades to improve delivery speed and effectiveness.
• Coach the Technical Campaign Manager and review briefs, trackers and RCA input.
• Step in for the Technical Campaign Lead and grow account leadership.
• Adopt AI tools to shorten brief validation, QA and reporting cycles.
