Job summary

Cheil Plano, TX is seeking a Technical Campaign Manager to drive Samsung CRM campaigns from brief to send. You will validate requirements, coordinate development and QA teams, and ensure SLA-compliant delivery for multiple lines of business.

You will work in a paired setup with the Senior Technical Campaign Manager and grow technical CRM skills for a future senior role within a hybrid work model. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in CRM, email marketing or marketing operations, at an agency or in-house at a consumer brand.
• Working knowledge of segmentation, email HTML and QA tools such as Litmus.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform, such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several campaigns at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and development teams.
• Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner certification and hands-on email HTML skills are a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of dynamic personalization, AMP email and STO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand each LOB's campaign requirements and goals.
• Review the technical brief for gaps and errors before it goes to development.
• Follow up with the client on missing or unclear items.
• Keep the campaign calendar and status tracker current for your LOBs.
• Make sure every build moves through development and QA within SLA.
• Flag risks to the timeline early to the Senior Technical Campaign Manager and the client.
• Work with the QA team on test plans, rendering checks in tools such as Litmus, and link and data checks.
• Confirm QA sign-off before each send.
• Identify delays and errors as they happen and give the development team clear fix requirements.
• Gather the facts and timeline for RCA reports to the client.
• Prepare status updates and take part in regular client and internal meetings.
• Maintain playbooks, checklists and brief templates for your LOBs.
• Use AI tools to speed up brief checks, tracking and reporting.
