Job summary

Cheil USA seeks a Senior Technical Campaign Manager to lead CRM campaign delivery for Samsung Electronics America in Plano. You will convertLOB requirements into briefs for the dev team, diagnose delivery issues, and advise on CRM performance, personalization, and data structure.

This is a senior role with leadership growth and on-site collaboration with SEA marketing teams. You will coach the campaign team, work with Technical Campaign Lead, and help elevate account delivery through AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in CRM or email marketing operations at an agency or in-house.
• Ground-level CRM tech knowledge: segmentation, email HTML, QA tooling.
• Experience managing third-party or offshore dev/QA teams to SLAs.
• Experience writing RCA reports and explaining issues to clients.
• Leadership potential to coach others and lead a team.
• Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner cert and strong HTML knowledge are pluses.
• Experience with Samsung or global tech brands is a plus.
• Must be able to work hybrid schedule in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM campaign delivery for SEA, collaborating with Corporate Marketing and LOB teams.
• Translate business requirements into briefs for the development team.
• Diagnose delivery issues and provide clear fix requirements to the team.
• Write RCA reports detailing root cause, impact and prevention steps.
• Coordinate development and QA to ship campaigns within SLA.
• Advise on personalization, AMP email, STO, segmentation and data structure.
• Coach junior staff and grow account leadership within Cheil USA.
