Job summary

• Experience writing RCA reports and explaining issues to clients.
• Leadership potential to coach others and lead a team.
• Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner cert and strong HTML knowledge are pluses.
• Experience with Samsung or global tech brands is a plus.
• Must be able to work hybrid schedule in Plano, TX.

Position Overview

The Senior Technical Campaign Manager leads CRM campaign delivery at Cheil USA for Samsung Electronics America (SEA) in Plano, Texas, working face to face with the client's Corporate Marketing and line-of-business (LOB) teams. The role combines client-facing delivery leadership with ground-level CRM technical knowledge: you turn LOB requirements into briefs the development team can execute, diagnose delivery issues yourself, and advise the client on how to get more out of its CRM technology.

This is a senior role with a clear leadership path. You will work closely with the Technical Campaign Lead, coach the Technical Campaign Manager paired with you, and take on a growing share of account and team leadership as the Cheil USA team grows.

Key Responsibilities

Client partnership and delivery leadership

• Act as the on-site point of contact for SEA Corporate Marketing and the LOB CRM teams in Plano, Texas.
• Run regular client and internal meetings to manage campaign delivery, priorities and timelines.
• Represent the team in escalations together with the Technical Campaign Lead.

Requirements and brief governance

• Understand each LOB's campaign requirements and the business goal behind them.
• Validate the technical brief (List Plan, URL Matrix, ALT text, Legal Terms and creative assets) so development receives a complete, correct brief.
• Raise the brief standards and checklists the whole team uses.

Issue resolution and RCA

• Diagnose delivery delays and errors, and give the development team clear fix requirements.
• Write RCA reports for the client with root cause, impact and prevention steps.
• Coordinate development and QA teams so campaigns ship within SLA.
• Advise the client on dynamic personalization, AMP email, send-time optimization (STO), segmentation and data structure.
• Propose service upgrades that make campaign delivery faster and more effective.

Leadership and AI-enabled workflow

• Coach the Technical Campaign Manager and review their briefs, trackers and RCA input.
• Step in for the Technical Campaign Lead and take on a growing share of account leadership.
• Adopt AI tools to shorten brief validation, QA and reporting cycles.

Required Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in CRM or email marketing operations, at an agency or in-house at a consumer brand.
• Ground-level knowledge of CRM technology: segmentation, email HTML, QA tools such as Litmus, and automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience managing third-party or offshore development and QA teams to SLAs.
• Experience writing RCA reports and explaining technical issues to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or leading other team members, with the ambition to lead a team.
• Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner certification and deep email HTML knowledge are a strong plus.
• Experience with Samsung or another global technology brand is a strong plus.
• Must be able to work the hybrid schedule at the agency in Plano, Tx.
