Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in financial services.
• Experience leading the implementation of Front/Middle/Back Office Investment Management systems.
• Proficiency with SQL is a must.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% to client sites across the US and Canada.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate clearly with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to CRIMS implementations, gathering requirements and providing guidance.
• Configure and tune the application to client business and technical needs.
• Train users and test workflows before go-live.
• Support post-live operations and document improvements.
• Collaborate with the Professional Services team and respond to sales opportunities with demonstrations.
• Advise on best practices and ensure customer success throughout the project lifecycle.
