Job summary

State Street is seeking a CRIMS Consultant to lead implementation and upgrade projects for the Charles River Investment Management Solution. You will define client requirements, configure the solution, train users, test workflows and guide go-live readiness.

You should have 2–3+ years in the financial services sector, strong SQL skills, and experience with post-trade or related middle-office processes. Willingness to travel 20–25% nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years hands-on experience in financial services
• Experience with CRIMS or similar investment management solutions is preferred
• Strong SQL proficiency and understanding of middle-office/post-trade workflows

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects. Analyze and evaluate requirements while providing product expertise and guidance throughout the project.
• Assist other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality; advise on implementation and operation best practices.
• Monitor client requirements to identify potential enhancements to Charles River solutions and communicate product improvements.
• Contribute to software quality by communicating defects to Technical Support and Product Management and validate fixes.
