Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking a Principal Consultant with strong equities background to lead CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects across the US and Canada. You will define client requirements, configure and tune the solution, train users and guide them through go-live and post-launch support.

You will bring advanced consulting skills, be able to build relationships, manage multiple projects, and influence key decision-makers while delivering quality client service.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a business or technical field; CFA is a strong plus.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting or implementations.
• Experience with CRIMS or investment-management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Analyze and evaluate requirements while guiding the project.
• Ensure client readiness for go-live and post-launch ownership.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Contribute to sales opportunities with demonstrations and POCs.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices.
