Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing financial solutions.
• Experience leading implementation of Front/M Middle Office systems in capital markets or Financial IT projects.
• Proficiency with SQL is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead or directly contribute to CRIMS implementations, analyzing requirements and providing product guidance through projects.
• Mentor and share best practices with the Professional Services team.
• Respond to sales opportunities with customer requirements, deliver sales presentations, and run proofs-of-concept for CRIMS.
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Monitor requirements to identify enhancements and document product improvements for client-specific projects.
• Communicate defects clearly to support and product teams, helping validate fixes and improve documentation.
