Job summary

Charles River Development seeks Principal Consultants with a strong equities background to lead CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects. You will define client requirements, configure and tune the solution, train clients, test workflows and ensure a smooth go-live.

The role requires advanced consulting skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers across diverse client environments. Travel to client sites across the United States and Canada is typical (30-50%).

Qualifications

• Strong Equities background and CRIMS familiarity.
• Advanced consulting skills including client relationship building.
• Experience with implementing and upgrading investment management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert in CRIMS implementation and upgrades, guiding requirements and ensuring client readiness for go-live.
• Proactively share best practices and assist other Professional Services team members.
• Contribute to sales opportunities and POC projects to demonstrate CRIMS value to clients.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Identify potential enhancements and communicate product improvements based on client needs.
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Management to resolve defects and improve documentation.
