Job summary

Charles River Development, now part of State Street, seeks Principal Consultants to lead CRIMS implementation projects and upgrades. You will analyze client requirements, configure the CRIMS solution, train users, and validate workflows before go-live.

You will also support sales efforts with proofs-of-concept and educate clients on best practices for deployment and operation. You should demonstrate strong equities expertise, advanced consulting skills, and familiarity with SQL and reporting

Qualifications

• Strong Equities background required.
• Advanced consulting skills and client-facing experience preferred.
• Basic SQL and relational database understanding needed.
• Familiarity with FIX or similar protocols is a plus.
• Experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert in CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Provide guidance and best practices to the Professional Services team.
• Contribute to sales opportunities and proofs-of-concept for CRIMS.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices.
