Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking Senior Consultants to lead CRIMS implementations for financial institutions across the United States. The role focuses on gathering requirements, configuring and tuning the application, training users, testing workflows, and ensuring a successful go-live.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on financial industry experience, strong SQL skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in the financial industry in a consultancy or software vendor role.
• Proficiency with SQL is a must.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to CRIMS implementations with product expertise and guidance.
• Assist other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
• Analyze customer requirements to respond to sales opportunities and deliver proofs of concept.
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Monitor customer requirements for potential enhancements and document improvements.
• Communicate defects clearly and support the resolution process with accuracy.
