Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking Senior Consultants to lead CRIMS implementations and tailor the solution to client needs across front, middle, or back office investment management workflows. You will train users, verify workflows, and resolve issues before go-live.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, customer service, and multi-project coordination, with travel to client sites across the US and Canada. A four-year degree and 5+ years in financial IT are expected.

Qualifications

• Four (4) year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science. An advanced degree or industry certification such as the CFA is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial IT or implementing investment management software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead or directly contribute to CRIMS implementations, analyzing requirements and guiding the project to ensure client readiness for go-live.
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Monitor customer requirements for potential enhancements and document product improvements for customer-specific projects.
