Job summary

Charles River Development seeks Principal Consultants to lead CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects. You will translate client requirements into configured solutions, train clients, test workflows and resolve issues before go-live.

Applicants should demonstrate advanced CRIMS understanding and excel in at least one area such as Compliance, Equity, Fixed Income or Technology. Travel 30-50% is typical.

Qualifications

• Strong equities background with investment management experience.
• Experience in implementing or upgrading investment software is preferred.
• Ability to train and advise clients on CRIMS functionality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert in CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Analyze requirements and provide product guidance through the project life cycle.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices.
• Support sales opportunities with requirements analysis and proof-of-concept input.
• Document enhancements and communicate improvements based on client trends.
• Coordinate with Technical Support and Product Management to resolve defects.
