Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Principal Consultant with strong CRIMS experience to lead implementations and upgrades for large institutions. You will define client requirements, configure and tune CRIMS, train clients, test workflows, and ensure a successful go-live.

Expect advanced knowledge in one specialization (Compliance, Equity, Fixed Income, Investment Solutions, Technology, Wealth Management or Project Management) and travel up to 30-50% across the US & Canada.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in finance, math, economics, engineering or CS.
• Advanced degree or CFA is a strong plus.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting or financial tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Analyze and evaluate requirements while providing product expertise and guidance.
• Educate clients on functionality provided by CRIMS and advise on best practices.
• Monitor client requirements to identify potential enhancements and document improvements.
• Contribute to software quality by reporting defects and validating fixes.
• Mentor less-experienced colleagues and share best practices.
