Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Scheduling Crew Capacity Specialist, Senior to manage crewing plans across fleets with limited supervision. The role will lead shadowing initiatives, support training events, and ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
• 2-4 years experience in Crew Capacity
• Ability to communicate professionally in stressful situations
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to act as a resource for junior team members
• Proactive in identifying challenges and offering options
• Understanding of NetJets business model and Flight Plan goals
• Ability to convey complex information clearly to teammates

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan crewing on daily/weekly/monthly basis by fleet
• Identify shortfalls and source coverage via contractual means
• Coordinate IOE plan with Training Captains
• Create and execute OCF plan with NRFO requirements and NRFO committee
• Plan Captain Proficiency/Competency Checks with Check Airman or FAA examiner
• Solicit and approve crewmember Tour Slide Requests
• Ensure compliance with internal, contractual, and regulatory rules
• Represent Crew Capacity in new hire pilot/FA presentations
• Provide SME support for irregular crew capacity issues
