Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Security Scheduler, Lead to orchestrate daily security service scheduling for Owners and Crew, coordinating with third-party vendors and internal teams. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, SOP development, and precise data tracking across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years of experience in aviation security planning or dispatch, strong communication skills, and a meticulous, process-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Requires High School in Aviation or Logistics with related coursework.
• Demonstrates strong service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor orders for security services for Owners and Crew using multiple platforms.
• Provide daily management of external security vendors.
• Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security SOPs to reduce risks across units.
• Manage and maintain QS Security spreadsheets, databases and records for Owner and Crew ground movements.
• Create and update the daily security schedule with new bookings and changes.
• Refine and maintain the schedule for security services; recover from unanticipated events while minimizing risk.
• Escalate key issues to the Director of QS Security and communicate with Owner Services, Travel, and other teams.
• Ensure quality standards for service and unique Owner requests are met.
• Oversee invoicing process for all QS Security services.
