Job summary

NetJets in Columbus, OH is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to develop the next-day and current-day flight schedule. You will manage scheduling, communications with crewmembers and supporting departments, and prioritize safety while delivering exceptional service for NetJets Owners.

The role aims to reduce schedule costs, optimize crew utilization, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations by serving as the primary liaison between crewmembers and the flight center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aviation or related field is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced aviation environment.
• Knowledge of aviation operations, weather, NOTAMs, and geography is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Next Day Scheduling: assign Owner flight requests to aircraft/crews, incorporate bookings, maintenance and changes; optimize resources.
• Current Day Scheduling: manage all aspects of today’s schedule with timely changes and coordination.
• Crew Communication and Duty Day Management: act as the primary liaison between crewmembers and flight center, ensuring clear information flow and efficient operations.
