Job summary

inMy Jet is seeking a Crew Scheduler to act as the critical link between flight crews and operations. You will execute daily scheduling activities, communicate with crews in real time, and coordinate with Scheduling, Flight Planning, and Maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance and top service.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years in aviation or logistics, with a strong focus on FAA rules, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1-3 years in aviation/logistics preferred.
• FAA regulations familiarity (FAR Part 91, 121, or 135) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Assign crew to aircraft per standards and availability.
• Establish crew pairings based on qualifications and schedules.
• Monitor rest and flight time limits for FAA compliance.
• Communicate schedule changes to flight crews in real time.
• Coordinate travel for crew related to duty assignments.
• Input exclusions, manage trip locks, and support schedule optimization.
• Serve as primary point of contact for flight crews and provide operational support.
