Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and execute crewing plans by fleet.
• Build and execute IOE plan with Training Captains.
• Coordinate OCF with NRFO requirements and committee members.
• Plan and execute Captain Proficiency/Check events with FAA examiner when applicable.
• Solicit, review and approve crewmember Tour Slide Requests.
• Ensure internal, contractual and regulatory compliance.
