Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Crew Qualification Specialist to ensure daily regulatory and recordkeeping compliance for NJA crewmembers. You will manage currency, FAA-required records, and the electronic recordkeeping system, acting as primary contact for FAA inspectors.

Independently handle after-hour events, coordinate with training vendors and other departments, and ensure crewmember duty status remains compliant and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Must develop a strong working knowledge of FAR 121 and 135 regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, independent decision making and judgment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and coordinate with crewmembers and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation of training events and compliance for NJA crewmembers.
• Audit work of other department personnel for regulatory compliance.
• Make final duty assignment decisions to meet FAR 121/135 requirements.
• Work independently with company laptop and after-hours communication devices; coordinate with departments.
