Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Supervisor, Aircraft Maintenance in Columbus, OH to lead maintenance and line service operations ensuring safety and compliance with FAA, DOT, OSHA, EPA and company policies.

The role manages NJS Repair Station activities, coordinates with field teams and external vendors, and supervises personnel under the CBA. Strong MS Office skills and 4–6 years of jet aircraft maintenance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 4-6 years of experience in the maintenance of high performance jet aircraft.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns technician resources and monitors tooling and part requirements.
• Coordinates with third party maintenance vendors to forecast, plan and complete maintenance on time.
• Monitors safety and regulatory compliance per FAA, DOT, OSHA, EPA and company policies.
• Generates progress reports and manages work orders in the Repair Station system.
